On Dec. 28, 2017, in terms of the recruitment and settlement of overseas highly-qualified experts in Wenling, Mr. Guo as our team leader conducted a conference with Wenling Municipal Party Committee. Minister Wang and vice Minister Jiang attended this conference. Based on the overall strategic program of Wenling’s 1000-Talent Program Industrial Zone, 2018 Wenling National 1000-Talent Program Program and the Provincial 1000-Talent Program Program General Task, both sides actively discussed and came up with a new recruitment model suitable for Wenling’s current industrial development. This new model altered the traditional method of recruiting individual contracted expert, it innovatively encourages foreign experts to start their own enterprises in Wenling. Additionally, both sides exchanged ideas on how to create a better environment to maintain international experts. Minister Wang pointed out that key to solve Wenling’s long-term human resource developmental problem is to take a marketized recruitment approach, combining effectively government, human recourse and the market as three major entities. Minister Wang also delivered his appreciation to Haida for our support for Wenling, and he also called for directors and staff from Wenling Committee Department and Human Resource Bureau to reinforce the communication and cooperation with overseas talents and the market, to truly and precisely tackle the problem of attracting, sustaining international experts to and in Wenling. Haida has signed a strategic and co-operation contract with Wenling Committee Department in Jul. 2017, through this conference, except from seeking a way to deepen our cooperation, Haida also recommended a list of foreign experts to Wenling Committee Department.
