Position: Headhunter Consultant

Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for the target customer information and needs analysis, to determine the direction and manner of the target search, accurate positioning target candidates, the implementation of effective recruitment action;
2, responsible for signing the commissioned recruitment agreement, to maintain good customer relations, accing to the ratio of not less than 1: 3 recommended candidates, and determine the appropriate candidates;
3, responsible for arranging candidates to come to China for interview, negotiation, signing, arrival and other matters, to assist the international ticket booking, accommodation, itinerary, etc.
Job requirements:
1, master＇s degree or above, overseas study background, skilled English communication and communication skills.
2, instrument correct, verbal decent Cheerful, too much water over the gains and losses.
3, more than three years relevant work experience, skilled use of office software and equipment.

Position: Headhunter

Responsibilities:
1, to assist the headhunting consultant to do the target customer information and needs analysis for customer development, market development, recruitment agreement signed to maintain customer relations and other rationalization proposals;
2, to assist the headhunter to do a good job of talent search technical support for the precise matching to provide the number of talent to support the provision of relevant information for the recommended personnel to prepare;
3, to assist the headhunting consultant to do the candidates interview, negotiation, signing, to the post and other related coination preparations;

1, Bachelor degree or above,proficient in English communication and communication skills.
